a chocolate brown welcome

Kate Spade bids "adieu" to ruby and welcomes in chocolate brown for October!!

Bakerella: red velvet cake balls

Ingredients:
1 box red velvet cake mix (cook as directed on box for 13x9 cake)...sorry it's not homemade mom!
1 can cream cheese frosting (16 oz.)
1 package chocolate bark...regular or white chocolate!
wax paper

Directions:
After the cake is cooked thoroughly and completely, crumble into bowl. Mix thoroughly with one can cream cheese frosting (it maybe easier with fingers...but could get messy!) Roll mixture into quarter sized balls and lay on cookie sheet (Should make ~45-50). Chill for several hours. Melt chocolate per directions on package. Roll balls in chocolate and lay on wax paper until firm....use a spoon to dip and roll in chocolate, tap off extra).
Tada! A perfect snack to celebrate the fall colors!

Toodles!
