While everyone else is posting about the Oscars today, I am going to recap on the Fashion Weeks in London + Milan. Fall 2013 Fashion Week is complete and I am sharing some of my favorite "city chic" fashions from these stylish women who saw the latest looks abroad.
To be honest, I enjoyed more of the outfits from NY fashion week.
